Description: A beautiful Imperial blue-ground porcelain bowl in large size was painted to the exterior with five-clawed dragon motif. In iron-red, the imperial motif of dragons were paired with Phoenix and decorated with patterns of tendrils flowers and weeds. A real imperial porcelain was in quite large size and very unique colour. Date: Qing Dynasty, Guang-xu mark and period (AD1875-1908) Width: 25.5cm Condition: very good except some kiln defects within the foot rim.

Decorated with beautiful motif of flowers in four parts including at the cover, metal wire was chased into the scarlet ground and formed with archaic regular lines. Description: A decent scholar tray was in quite large size and was kept in very good condition except some old abrasions on the surface. Framed with rare Suanzi wood, the main bottom board was made of beautiful Inn-mu wood (burl wood). The patina was good while regular lines were carved on the reverse side of the bottom board and curves were shaped to the rim. Scholar tray were used to display scholar items and curiosities when the art lover would like to cherish them at hand's reach...
