| Description: A man standing with a servant at the door asked the God of Mercy to send him a baby. Dressed like an ordinary Chinese lady, the deity riding in the cloud, waving and smiling, acknowledged the wish. A traditional image was often viewed in Chinese decorative art. This wood panel was preserved with original gild. An open-work carving was vividly expressed in details.
