| Description: Like the beauty of a poem, a beautiful Jadeite snuff bottle was in elegant slender shape. Capped with brownish amber stopper, the jadeite bottle was in lake-green tint and was decorated with motifs of numerous archaic characters of Sou (longevity) on the surface. The foot rim was delicately carved in groove style at the bottom. By an elegant profile, the charming tint and the well hollowed chamber, all these characteristics made this snuff bottle an excellent piece. It is in an adequate size easy for holding and fondling. Date: Qing Dynasty (18th Century) Condition: Perfect, except loss of dipper. Height(without cap): 6 cm, Width: 4.0 cm, Depth: 1.4 cm | |||||||
