| Victorian Era needlework, this is a Yard Long, being a decorative Rose theme, intended for placement above a sofa or fireplace mantel. From the Dunham estate, Provincetown, Massachusetts. Needlework measures 36" (1 yard), and is done in vibrant silk on cotton gauze. Iron marks appear underneath the rose center right, being this works flaw, please see photos. Framed in period carved wood frame, matted and behind glass. Measurement within its framework is 46 and 1/2" W X 19 and 1/2"H. | ||
