A desireable yet simple Japanese "Yukimi" antique lantern crafted in heavy thick Bizen pottery in three pieces which we date to early to mid 20th century and originally from an old Japanese tea garden. It measures about 12" high and 12" wide at top. It is a fine and mildly weathered, well cared for example well suited to a tea garden or small exterior location!

This is a very large, fine and important Japanese Hirado Blue and White Porcelain Covered Jar. It features an okimono of an 18c. style shi shi as its finial. This jar has multiple circular plate and charger decorations on its body and over the top of the lid. The Jar also has traditional blade pattern foot rims and symbolic decoration on the top. It is in excellent condition with no damages or losses. The Jar measures 17 1/2" x 13" in Diameter, and dates to first part 19th century (1800-1860)...
