This is a fine and important Japanese Seto Porcelain Garden Art Work.
It is hand painted with birds over floral decorations over the top, panoramic sea-scape with with mountains and houses around its body and possesses two openings as handles on its sides. Lastly it features superb, symbolically decorated upper and bottom rims. It is in excellent condition with no damages or losses. It is tall and measures 21 3/4" high with a 12" Diameter.
It dates comfortably to the early to middle Meiji Period (1868-1900).
