A fine large scale Japanese seated buddha cast in bronze,late 19c, meiji period to early Taisho period 1920. It measures a substantial 22" high and 20" wide and 16" deep with patina from great age. Overall it is in fine condition. From an old midwest collection which has recently surfaced. Pleasing to your eye, this example has been well cared for and is destined for a fine new collection.
