Schneible Fine Art to present a collection of Japanese antique stone lanterns, China natural dream stone paintings, plus fine antique sculptures and more during the month of August on Mount Desert Island.

Schneible Fine Art, a Shelburne, Vermont based Asian fine art gallery, will be presenting Treasures from Asia at the Asticou Inn -a special exhibition of antique and contemporary treasures that they have sourced from private collections in China, Japan, and the orient over the past fifteen years. This exhibition will mark the fifth Asian Fine Art exhibition conducted by Schneible Fine Art and in sponsorship of an important local non-profit organization. In 2009 Shelburne Farms benefited from their art exhibition and this year the Mount Desert Island Land and Garden Preserve will benefit.
