| An early (possibly 16th century) carved plaque or bas relief from Spain depicting the weighing of souls by Saint Michael the Archangel. On Michael's right, an angel places a soul to be judged on the scale; on his left, the devil pulls a soul to hell. Size of wood plaque is 7.25" x 5" Modern frame is 8.5" x 10.75" x 2.25" Condition is excellent. | ||
