| Lovely cut steel beaded purse in excellent condition. At c.25 beads to the inch it's very fine work. A combination of gold, silver, bronze and muted black color beads, this geometric patterned purse is very elegant. (I'm afraid the pictures are not accurate to the colors, I will try to take better ones. The silver looks too lavender)Attaching the chain to the purse frame are two swans, and the frame itself is in fine condition. As is common with these purses, it opens by pressing down on the clasp which works just fine. The front of the purse has an ornamental tag hanging from the frame and there is some minor separation of the purse from the frame on the back but that could be easily repaired. The lining is in excellent condition and appears to be a replacement. This weighty purse measures 6 1/4" wide by 9 1/2 inches from top of frame to bottom of fringe (which is all intact). The chain adds another 6 3/4 inches. Best of all, it's condition makes it highly usable. | ||||||||
