| This Scandinavian silver and rock crystal modernist necklace is by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulta. Kauppi founded the company in 1945. In the 50s he began designing pieces which incorporated local stones and utilized simple forms. This lovely necklace has a large 16mm cut rock crystal; the entire setting is just over 20mm. The crystal is suspended from three interlocking silver bands. Marked with the anvil for KK, the crown in heart for Finland, the town mark for Turku, 813H for Finnish silver and M7 for 1965. | |||||||
