| Finnish mid century silver earrings by Seppo Tamminen. He produced work in a similar style to his better known contemporary Pentti Sarpaneva. Tamminen's pieces evoke ancient motifs and have a primitive feel. He was a self-taught jeweler and most of his work is in brass or silverplated bronze. This pair of earrings is marked on the back and they are 1 1/4" long by 5/8" wide. They have screwbacks but could easily be converted. They are in very good condition. | |||||||
