| A Theodor Fahrner art nouveau necklace set with chrysoprase and mother of pearl. Jugendstil (youth style) was the German interpretation of the French Art Nouveau. Three heart shaped repousse leaves surround the oval chrysoprase. These are interspersed with three smaller elements of mother of pearl and a small silver flower. It is marked on the rear with the TF in a circle and 800 for silver content. The chain is marked 835. The pendant is 2 1/4 x 1 5/8ths. The necklace hangs 11 3/4 inches. It is in excellent condition. c. 1910 | |||||||
