|Denzil Goodpaster (B.1908-1995) Born and raised in West Liberty, KY. He was a farmer, producing tobacco, corn, hay, caattle, and sorghum until he stopped at age sixty-five when he "got too old." He started carving his well-known walking sticks-sculptures in the round-in the 1970's when he quit farming. He is known for his use of colourful and skillful carving. Dolly is in her exercise garb, sporting a microphone and beehive. Ready to instruct her workout. Dimensions 12" x 4" x 4" Denzil's work is carried in galleries.
