| This beautiful German sterling silver miniature sleigh, pulled by a reindeer, serves as a salt cellar due to the glass insert which, incidentally, is devopid of chips. The sleigh is stamped with English import marks when it was imported to Great Britain. They are hard to photograph clearly, but there are the initials E.T.B. in cartouche, the rampant lion, the letter S, and a leopard's head. Dimensions are 6-1/2 inches in length x 1-3/8 inches in width x 2-3/4 inches in height. The glass insert measures 1-3/8 x 1-1/2 inches. The piece weighs 3.02 troy ounces less the glass. What a great and functional table ornament. | ||||||||
