Royal China Currier & Ives covered sugar bowl with lid. "Riverboat" pattern is on the front and back. During the 1950's the Currier & Ives pattern was given away as premiums through the A & P stores and Winn-Dixie. It was produced up until the Royal China company closed in 1986. Also, while the majority of the Currier & Ives is found in blue but I also have this pattern in the pink (or red) listed on my website This is the ultimate collectible Dinnerware - collected since the 50's and still very popular today No chips or cracks, but there looks to be a smoke stain area on the lid, mostly noticeable underneath side, and a very small area on the sugar, inside. You may be able to bleach this area with peroxide, I never got around to trying it yet.
