Fenton Bi-Centennial Plate #4 in Series 1776-1976 in Box This Fenton plate in antique powder blue satin glass was the fourth in a series to commemorate the bi-centennial in 1976. The front of this plate has a wreath garland around the rim, and shows the ringing of the Liberty Bell. The back says: Issued January 1, 1976. Number Four in a Series of Four. Official United States of America Bicentennial Commemorative Project of the General Federation of Women's Clubs.
