A modernist heavy Mexican silver and stone vintage bracelet. Made up of 6 rectangular green stone cabochons set in silver. Box closure which snaps tightly. Marked with an eagle, and Mexico Silver. Measures 6 1/2" long without the clasp and 1/2" wide. Stones have a great green swirled color. Very nice condition. No chips or cracks.
A wonderful modernist large swordfish, marlin or sailfish brooch by noted Mexican silversmith, Salvador Teran. We've also seen this called a Pez Vela. Measures almost 4" long and 2 1/4" tall. Marked Sterling Mexico Salvador 106. Good vintage condition, has some minor surface scratches. Rollover safety clasp holds tightly. Great eye catching design.

A rare set of four sterling silver buttons in a fish motif by Hubert Harmon. Signed Sterling, Made in Mexico, Hubert Harmon. Each measures about 1 1/4" long and 7/8" wide. In very nice condition with some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Pre Eagle. Fun, whimsical design!
A vintage modernist Mexican Sterling Silver and Onyx Masks link bracelet attributed to Fred Davis. Has 6 curved shields alternating with 6 carved stylized onyx masks. Measures approximately 7" long and 3/4" wide. Hook closure. Has a safety chain. Has what appears to be part of a conjoined FD mark. Was acid tested for sterling silver. Has tarnish and surface scratches on the shields. Appears to have some shellac or varnish on the silver...
A vintage mixed metals brooch and earrings set from Taxco, Mexico in a Pre columbian bird head design. Made of sterling silver, copper and inlaid stone. Brooch measures 2" across and 1 1/2" across. Earrings measure 7/8" across. Marked Sterling 925 Taxco around the initials APB. Very nice condition, could use more polishing but we will leave that to the new owner. Screw backs work fine. A pair of vintage Mexican sterling silver earrings in a William Spratling design. Consist of a scrolled band with incised lines and center balls. Measure 1 3/8" long and 5/8" across. Marked 925 Mexico on the back of one and Plata 'E' or 'B' Taxco on the back of the other. Screw backs work fine. Nice weight and condition. Probably pre Eagle.
An early silver brooch or pendant in the shape of a pinwheel or sun. Nice layered design. Measures 2 1/4" across and 2 1/4" down. Has a safety rollover clasp that holds tightly. Also has a bale so can be worn on a chain or neck ring. Unmarked but sterling or better. Looks hand made. We have not polished it. Probably Mexican and pre eagle.
A wonderful pair of Sterling Modernist Earrings by Taxco, Mexico silver designer, Enrique Ledesma. These screwback earrings have a dark patina with stylized sterling abstract overlays. Measure 1 3/8" tall and 7/8" across. Marked with the stylized Ledesma, Taxco, 925, style #7 and Eagle #3. Very good condition. Screwbacks close tightly. Great 3-D modernist look.
A pair of vintage Mexican modernist clip earrings of Sterling Silver in a bold layered design. Measure approximately 1 1/4" square. Marked TR-80 for Taxco and the artisan's registration number, Mexico and 925 for Sterling Silver. The corners of the top layer curve upward for an interesting 3-D effect. In very nice condition, has some tarnish and minor scratches. One corner has a very small ding. Clips hold tightly. Nice weight and well made.
A wonderful hand made pendant in an abstract modernist face design signed Katila, 573, Eagle #2, Mexico, Taxco, and JLF for Jose Luis Flores. Measures 3 1/2" long including the bale and 2 1/8" across. Hangs on a hand made chain signed on the clasp JLF measuring 23" long. Chain has a hook closure. Has some light tarnish. Incredible work. Striking design.
A vintage sterling silver perfume bottle pendant from Taxco, Mexico. Measures 1 7/8" tall from top of bale to bottom of pendant, and 1" across. Unscrews to fill with your favorite fragrance. Marked Mexico, TN-67 for the artisan's registration number and 925. Nice condition, has some surface scratches.
A vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Brooch with six dangling charms depicting various aspects of Mexico's history. Signed Myers, Sterling Mexico. Has the eagle symbol from the Mexican flag at the top and charms for an agave, the Aztec calendar, and Indian women. The last charm is marked Hernan. C. for Hernando Cortez. Very unusual and well made. Great movement! Probably pre eagle.

Marked Spratling Silver on the back of one and with the 'WS" Spratling Made in Mexico (worn mark) on the back of the other as seen in Spratlingsilver.com. Measure 1 3/8" long and 1" across. These earrings have french clips so may be worn with pierced ears. Pre eagle.
A Modernist Sterling Silver, Copper and Stone Inlay pair of screw back earrings by Enrique Ledesma, a well known Taxco jewelry maker. These may depict birds with copper inlaid eyes. Marked Ledesma Hecho en Mexico, Taxco, Plateria Cortes 925. Measure 1" square. Screw backs are set on the diagonal for an interesting effect. Have some surface scratches. The copper eyes on one are polished a little more than on the other. Very cool design. Pre Eagle.
A heavy sterling silver choker necklace by Taller de Los Ballesteros in a classic Antonio Pineda Thumbprint design. Marked with Taller de Los Ballesteros, 925 Taxco Mexico around the letter B. Also marked Mexico, Hecho en Mexico and 925. Measures about 15" around and 1/2" wide. Clasp snaps closed tightly. There is a slight ding along the side near the clasp and a spot on the underside where it looks like it may have been tested. Has some tarnish and minor surface scratches...
An outstanding vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet with a very large faceted purple pear shaped prong set stone. Heavy, thick sterling links with a box closure that snaps tightly. Measures about 7" long and 1 7/8" at the widest. Stone is almost 1 7/8" long and 5/8" across. Marked on the back of the closure Mexico, AAR for the artisan's initials, 925 and something else which is illegible. Beautiful purple color. Wonderful condition. Looks and feels amazing on.

According to The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks, this mark was used from 1943-48. Measure 1 1/4" long and 1" widest. Minor surface scratches and some tarnish. Nice warm patina.
