A modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Danish silversmith Hans Hansen, who was a jewelry designer for Georg Jensen. This bracelet has two onyx oval inlays. Measures about 6 1/4" around with a 1" opening. Signed with the script Hans Hansen, 925S and Denmark. Has some minor scratches, a little roughness along the edge and back and some minor scratches to the onyx. Looks and feels great on. Great Scandinavian modern design.

A classic Mexican silver brooch reminiscent of one of William Spratling's earlier designs. This large brooch is marked Made in Mexico Sterling in raised letters on the back. Rollover clasp holds securely. The three amethyst flowers are in good condition with minor flea bites and a little roughness to some edges. Sterling has a warm patina. Pretty deep purple stones. A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver Boomerang pierced earrings by Hans Hansen, Denmark. Measure about 3/8" across and 1 3/4" long including the tops of the hooks. Fish hooks measure 7/8" long. Marked with the conjoined HH, 431 for the design number, Denmark and 925S. In nice condition with very minor surface scratches. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A vintage modernist 835 Silver Pendant with a Baltic Amber Cabochon. Measures 1 5/8" across and hangs down 2" from the top of the large bale. Has some movement to the piece that has the amber for an interesting effect. Marked 835 for the silver content and with a fish for Fischland in Germany, a jeweler known for their designs with Baltic amber. Warm patina. Lots of details in the amber.

He was a member of the Metal Arts Guild between 1951-64 with many of the well known studio artisans of the Mid Century Modern jewelry movement.
