A classic Mexican sterling silver, coral and turquoise brooch by Matilde Poulat depicting 2 doves. Marked with the script MATL, Hecho en Mexico around '925', which dates it between 1934-48. Measures 3 1/4" long and 2 5/8" across. Rolling safety clasp that holds tightly. Warm, dark patina. Has a little bit of roughness along the side of the central faceted clear cabochon. Lots of movement, the bottom section swings and there are 5 dangles with turquoise stones suspended from that piece...

A sterling silver floral necklace and matching earrings with an Arts and Crafts feel. Necklace measures 14" around and closes tightly with a box clasp. Also has a safety. Marked Sterling on the back of one of the solid flower links. Screw back earrings are 5/8" across and are marked Sterling on the back of the screw backs. Earrings hold tightly. Nice to have the set. A vintage modernist 835 Silver Pendant with a Baltic Amber Cabochon. Measures 1 5/8" across and hangs down 2" from the top of the large bale. Has some movement to the piece that has the amber for an interesting effect. Marked 835 for the silver content and with a fish for Fischland in Germany, a jeweler known for their designs with Baltic amber. Warm patina. Lots of details in the amber.

A pair of modernist sterling silver screw back earrings in a Paul Lobel design. Constructed of a dangle made of thick curved sterling wire suspended from a screw back with a wire overlay. Screw backs marked Sterling T2, which is found on better quality artisan jewelry. Possibly unsigned Lobel. Screw backs hold tightly. Dark patina, wonderfully crafted.
