A vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Brooch with six dangling charms depicting various aspects of Mexico's history. Signed Myers, Sterling Mexico. Has the eagle symbol from the Mexican flag at the top and charms for an agave, the Aztec calendar, and Indian women. The last charm is marked Hernan. C. for Hernando Cortez. Very unusual and well made. Great movement! Probably pre eagle.

A Modernist Sterling Silver, Copper and Stone Inlay pair of screw back earrings by Enrique Ledesma, a well known Taxco jewelry maker. These may depict birds with copper inlaid eyes. Marked Ledesma Hecho en Mexico, Taxco, Plateria Cortes 925. Measure 1" square. Screw backs are set on the diagonal for an interesting effect. Have some surface scratches. The copper eyes on one are polished a little more than on the other. Very cool design. Pre Eagle.

A beautiful Mexican silver brooch made of silver, Amethyst and Turquoise. We have sold this exact brooch with the Matl Salas mark, but this one is unsigned. Amethyst stones are faceted and are in wonderful condition. Even has a place in the back for a signature. Measures 2 7/8" across and 1 3/4" tall. Has a safety catch which holds fine. One separation of the silver between the curl and the base. Seen more from the back than the front. Stones glistens in the light. Wonderfully made.

Well hallmarked with Sterling, Hecho en Mexico, 925, Taxco, the artisan's initials LJD, and the style number 2034. Measures 2 3/4" long and 1 1/8" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. Fish appears to be smiling. Great whimsical design.
A Vintage Bracelet made in the style of noted Mexico Designer, Fred Davis. Measures approximately 7 1/4" long and almost 1 7/8" at the widest. Marked Sterling, Mexico on the back and has an early eagle mark. Has a tongue and box closure which snaps tightly. In very good condition, the stones have natural occlusions. One stone has a small crack along an occlusion which is not very noticeable. Nice patina. Weighs 72 grams! The silver and turquoise links are solid, not hollow...
A vintage modernist sterling silver amoeba shaped brooch and earrings by Sigi. Brooch measures 1 7/8" across and 1 7/8" high. Earrings measure 1" across and 1 1/8" high. All pieces have an overlay of sterling with a tiger's eye cabochon. Brooch is marked Sigi Tasco, Sterling, Hecho en Mexico, Eagle 36, and #267. One Earring is marked Hecho en MexicoSterling and 267, the other is marked Sigi Tasco and Eagle 36. All pieces have some minor tarnish...

A very cool pair of vintage Taxco, Mexico sterling silver and inlaid wood cuff links. Measure approximately 1 1/4" across. The grain of the inlay is facing out symmetrically. The part that goes through the cuff is also marked 925. Signed Sterling, Taxco, 925, Hecho en Mexico and the designer's initials, L. F. Very well made and in great condition.

Brooch measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. Has a safety clasp. Screw back earrings each measure 1 3/8" long and 1" across. Screw backs work fine. New owner may choose to polish. Heavy tarnish in spots. Light surface scratches. There is a little roughness near the fish brooch's mouth...
An early pair of sterling silver earrings by Hector Aguilar. Marked with Made in Mexico, Sterling and the conjoined HA. According to The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks, this mark was used from 1943-48. Measure 1 1/4" long and 1" widest. Minor surface scratches and some tarnish. Nice warm patina.
A very cool Bolo Tie by Miguel Garcia Martinez who was the foremost silver designer for Rancho Allegre. Three dimensional- has a small ring dangling from the side. Signed Rancho Allegre, Miguel in script, Sterling, Taxco and the style # 1117. Measures 2" across and 1 5/8" high. Bolo measures 25" around. A little wear to the Niello by his mouth. Minor surface scratches. Great design!
