A vintage brooch by William Spratling. Known as his Faceted Obsidian Arrow Brooch from the 1950's. Measures 2 3/8" high and 1 3/8" across. Marked on the back with the WS script square signature and Eagle #3. Has a rollover safety clasp which holds securely. Has a little tarnish. A rare piece of Spratling jewelry.

An outstanding vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet with a very large faceted purple pear shaped prong set stone. possibly synthetic Alexandrite. Heavy, thick sterling links with a box closure that snaps tightly. Measures about 7" long and 1 7/8" at the widest. Stone is almost 1 7/8" long and 5/8" across. Marked on the back of the closure Mexico, AAR for the artisan's initials, 925 and something else which is illegible. Beautiful purple color. Wonderful condition...

A wonderful pair of vintage Taxco earrings by Victoria ~ Ana Maria Nunez de Brilanti in her 'Shadowbox' design. Measure 1/2" by 3/4". Marked on one earring Victoria, Taxco, Mexico, Sterling and Style #53 and Eagle #12 on the other. In good condition, the back of one earring has some minor dents. Screwbacks work fine. Circa 1948-53.

A sterling silver and rosewood cheese knife by William Spratling. This is in the Coralillo pattern found in the 1958-59 catalog. Rosewood handle set with silver bands. Marked with conjoined 'WS' script signature, Taxco and 925 on the end. Measures 7 1/4" long. Being sold 'As Is'. Blade has some wear and a little damage. Tarnish and minor scratches to the sterling bands. Loss to the top edge of the wood. See photos. Great design.

A vintage modernist sterling and Tiger's Eye geometric bracelet. Consists of silver overlapping links with inlaid chunks of stone connected by hinges. Marked inside Hecho en Mexico, style 313 and the artisan's initials which look like a conjoined AC. Clasp snaps securely. Has an interesting safety chain. Measures 6 1/2" long and 5/8" across. Stones have a beautiful golden glow. Well constructed and in very nice condition. Reminiscent of the work of Antonio Pineda.

Marked on the back Victoria, Taxco, Mexico, Sterling, Eagle #12 and 75 for the style number. In good condition, has a small ding at one end. Could even be worn as a pendant suspended from a chain. Circa 1950. Pictured on page 123 of the book, "Mexican Silver", by Morrill and Berk. Nice weight and well constructed.

A rare William Spratling Feathered Eagle Pendant. This is from his first design period, 1931-1946. Marked with the WS, TAXCO, 980 and MEXICO. Measures 2 1/2" high and 2 1/4" across. Paired with a silver hand made chain that measures about 23" around and closes with a hook clasp. Chain has a tiny hallmark on the clasp. In fine condition with some minor tarnish. Rare book piece.
