A Fine Tray from the workshop of Horace Potter in Cleveland, Ohio. The tray with matchbox holder is made of hammered copper with what appears to be pewter decoration. Measures about 7" across and 3" tall. Nice patina. Signed on bottom as shown.

A Fine High Glaze Trivet from Newcomb College. Quite early, probably circa 1901. Marks on back include NC for Newcomb College, JM for the potter, Joseph Meyer, H J for the decorator, Harriet Joor. Other marks are U for the white clay, P in a shield and a couple of other marks under the glaze that can not be deciphered. Measures about 5 7/8" across. Shows some roughness and flakes to the edge. Rare and unique.

From the Southeastern US, a Salesman's Sample of Louvers to ventilate Tobacco Barns. A Great Folk Art Display, measures about 15 3/4" by 23" by 3". Brass knob is patented January 24, 1860. One louver is slightly detached and knob does not adjust louvers as it did originally. You probably will not see another.
