An unusual vintage Art Nouveau pendant made of .935 Silver with a gold wash and embellished with gemstones. Has a small diamond at the top and a ruby, opal and sapphire at the bottom. Marked with Spratling Silver and the conjoined WS surrounded by Spratling Made in Mexico on the back of one and Spratling Made in Mexico around the conjoined WS on the back of the screw back on the other. A beautiful Laurence Foss bracelet in a classic Arts and Crafts style. Laurence Foss studied with Edward Oakes and also worked for George Jensen whose influence is seen in this piece. Bracelet measures 7" long not counting the tongue and 1/2" wide. Marked with the LF in a shield, 116 and Sterling. Box clasp holds tightly. Nice patina and weight. Some minor surface scratches. Wonderfully made.
A classic William Spratling Brooch from his first design period. Circa 1943, this twisted wire pin resembles an Aztec Mask. Marked with the incised Spratling Silver mark and the stylized 'WS' surrounded by Spratling Made in Mexico. In very nice condition. Has a safety clasp.
A vintage Frank Patania Sr. Angel Skin Coral and sterling silver necklace. Signed with the conjoined FP, Sterling and the Thunderbird. Three graduated strands, with the shortest strand measuring about 13" long, and the other two about 14". Coral is in shades of very pale pinks and oranges and creams. Does not sit flat, one strand may be twisted where it attaches to the clasp. Box closure snaps tightly and has three beads set on it...
A hammered sterling silver cuff bracelet by John O. Bellis in a classic Arts and Crafts design. This cuff bracelet by Bellis, who worked for the San Francisco company, Shreve, is made of hammered Sterling silver with an applied 'G' initial. Measures 1/2" wide and approximately 6 3/4" around with an opening of 3/4". Very good condition, great patina. Marked John O. Bellis Sterling inside.
A wonderful sterling silver necklace by George Kee. Kee worked at White Hogan in Scottsdale, AZ with his brother Allen Kee and cousin Kenneth Begay. Signed on the back with the initials GK, the White Hogan Mark, Sterling and Hand Made. Measures approximately 15" around, 1 3/8" at the widest. Hook clasp. Very nice weight, cool modernist design. A rare and wonderful vintage heavy sterling silver and pearl cuff bracelet by master Mexican Silversmith, Antonio Pineda. Marked with his crown, 925, Eagle, and Hecho en Mexico. Very heavy, warm patina, ribbon design. Measures 5 3/4" around the inside with a 1" opening. Weighs 105 grams! Measures about 2 1/2" at the widest. Minor surface scratches. Great asymmetrical modernist design. Collector quality.
A cool modern brooch by Pentti Sarpaneva, Finnish sculptor and jeweler. Known for working in bronze, this is one of his rare sterling silver pieces. Solid and bold, it measures 2" long and 1" wide. Signed P. Sarpaneva, the mark for the Turun Hopea workshop, city code Turku, crown for Finland and the date code for 1972. Has the older style 'c' clasp. Wonderful condition.
