Marked Taxco, Hecho en Mexico, 925, and sterling. Also has an earlier eagle #1. Has some minor surface scratches. Interesting design. Lies nicely on the wrist.

A wonderful early brooch in 900 silver with a classic Matl ~ Matilde Poulat design. Very intricate repousee work. Interesting black and green stone. Marked 0.900, Made in Mexico. Has a 'C' clasp. Measures 2 1/8" across and 2" long. Pre 1948. No dings, dents or damage. Great design.

A vintage Mexican Sterling Silver and onyx brooch or pendant. This brooch or pendant is a carved onyx mask surrounded by a very modernist geometric sterling silver head dress and collar. Measures approximately 2 3/4" long and 2"across. Marked Mexico, 925, Sterling, and what looks like Eagle #3, Plata Artistica and something else that we can't make out. Safety clasp which holds tightly. Nice weight and quality. No chips or cracks to the mask...

A very cool Mid-Century modernist Swedish pewter necklace. Consists of a hammered disk suspended in a hammered circle. Marked on the back, Handarbete Tenn, country mark, SWA, A10, and the maker's mark, JE. From Sweden circa 1970s. Pendant measures 3 1/4" across, and the chain is 28" long. Has some scratches and tarnish. Great modern design!

A vintage bracelet from Miguel Melendez, the well known Taxco silversmith who worked for Los Castillo and Margot de Taxco. Consists of two curved pieces of silver with openwork and randomly inset green stones attached by a hinge. Has a box clasp the closes tightly. Signed with the small cursive m, Taxco and Eagle 3. Measures 7 3/4" around, not counting the clasp. 1/2" wide. Has a safety chain. Very minor surface scratches.

A pair of bold vintage Taxco Mexican silver earrings by noted jewelry designer, Bernice Goodspeed. Goodspeed was married to artist and painter Carl Pappe, and ran a shop in Taxco where their art and jewelry was sold. Earrings measure approximately 1" wide. Screw backs work fine. Marked on each one with a 'B' surrounded by Taxco Mexico, with Sterling 925 underneath. Also has eagle #3. Look handmade. Great geometric design.

An early matching Brooch and Ring by noted Taxco silversmith, Artemio Navarrete. Both are marked with the conjoined AN, Taxco and 980. Brooch measures 2 1/8" long and 3/4" across, ring looks to be between a size 5-6. Warm patina. Minor surface scratches. Pre eagle, pre 1948.
