A wonderful pair of early Mexican sterling silver dangling earrings. Two graduated layers of curved silver canopies with 7 dangles hanging from the top one and 8 from the bottom. Hang down about 2 1/4". Marked Silver Mexico and Ster for sterling on the screw backs. Screw backs close tightly. Nice vintage condition, dark patina. A well made Mexican silver repousse brooch in a stylized floral - maybe poppies design. Measures 3" long and 1 3/4" at the widest. Marked Silver Made in Mexico with a conjoined 'CA'. Mark is documented but not identified. Has an early rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. Very nice vintage condition, maybe some slight indentations on the buds, but almost look original. Warm patina. Pre Eagle.

Measures approximately 7" around and 4 1/2" at the widest. Tight hinge. Very nice vintage condition, some very slight indentations, warm patina. Great modernist clean design. Looks wonderful on. Stretches down the front of your hand. Circa 1950s-60s.

A well made vintage Modernist sterling silver link bracelet which looks like overlapping arrows. Measures 7 1/2" long and 1/2" wide. Marked with an illegible maker's mark and 925. Interesting clasp, you squeeze down and it releases the link. Holds tightly. Nice quality and weight. Some tarnish and a few minor surface scratches. Great mid century streamlined look.

A heavy sterling silver choker necklace by Taller de Los Ballesteros in a classic Antonio Pineda Thumbprint design. Marked with Taller de Los Ballesteros, 925 Taxco Mexico around the letter B. Also marked Mexico, Hecho en Mexico and 925. Measures about 15" around and 1/2" wide. Clasp snaps closed tightly. There is a slight ding along the side near the clasp and a spot on the underside where it looks like it may have been tested. Has some tarnish and minor surface scratches...

An important early brooch of sterling silver by the acclaimed American modernist jeweler, Margaret De Patta. Measures 3" long and 1 5/8" at the widest. Early incised maker's mark. Circa 1935. Heavy layered sterling in an abstract floral design. Wonderful condition, with some very minor surface scratches and tarnish. Missing the rollover bar on the clasp. Slight bend on the pin. A similar De Patta brooch can be seen in the Philips de Pury Design Auction dated May 24, 2007, lot number 189...

An unusual sterling silver and bead necklace by New York Modernist Jeweler, Roz Balkin. Consists of two curved hammered silver panels, connected by five rows of alternating wood and colored beads and attached to 8 strands of cinnamon colored silk cord. Has a sterling silver hook closure. Balkin usually worked in sterling, and this appears to be although it is only marked with her name. Signed Roz Balkin on the back. Measures approximately 16" around with a 1 1/2" drop...

A wonderful modernist large swordfish, marlin or sailfish brooch by noted Mexican silversmith, Salvador Teran. We've also seen this called a Pez Vela. Measures almost 4" long and 2 1/4" tall. Marked Sterling Mexico Salvador 106. Good vintage condition, has some minor surface scratches. Rollover safety clasp holds tightly. Great eye catching design.

A vintage hand wrought sterling silver bracelet by New York Studio jeweler, Leonore Doskow. Links of intricate flowers in an Arts and Crafts design. Measures 7 1/2" long and 1 1/4" wide. Beautiful condition. Box clasp that snaps tightly. Marked sterling on the back of the clasp, Leonore Doskow Hand Made Sterling on the back of a flower and sterling on the front of the 'tongue' part of the closure. Nice size and great work.
