A vintage Arts and Crafts period pewter brooch with probably a Ruskin pottery cabochon surrounded by the Latin saying, Mens Sana in Corpore Sano, which translates to A Sound Mind in a Healthy Body. Measures 2" across. Has a 'C' clasp that holds tightly. Cabochon is royal blue with some green iridescence. Nice vintage condition. Very cool example....
