| A handmade hammered sterling silver brooch from Denmark in the Skonvirke style. This Arts and Crafts period brooch is marked with the D and A, hammer and shield of the Dansk Arbejde, or Danish Handicraft Guild, and 830S for sterling silver. Has a partial maker's mark. Measures 1 1/4" across and 1 1/8" high. Has a small brown stone cabochon. 'C' clasp. Very nice condition, warm patina. Ca. 1910. | ||
