"Quelques aventures de Maitre Renard" is a book illustrated by 14 original copper engravings by Joseph Hecht (Polish/French/1891-1951). The work, published by "La jeune gravure contemporaine" dates from 1950 and is probably Hecht's last completed work. It is dedicated in pencil and signed and dated "Paris, 29 Juin 1950" on the cover page. It is complete and in excellent condition. #139/265.
