Two early works by Ben Owen I, both with incised decoration, salt fired, the smallest with an Art Deco flair and indigo blue repeated pattern within the incised shoulder band. Both signed with the old circular Jugtown Ware mark with a jug.
Rare two handled-vase by famed Seagrove North Carolina potters Linda Dixon and Drew Krouse. Stands over 8" high. Signature "Dixon Krouse" and date "99" incised, together with the LDDK impressed chop. Dixon and Krouse are known for their studio ceramics and their architectural works.

Extremely rare Cizhou ware truncated meiping, Jin-Yuan Dynasty, with a squat ovoid body, a recessed base and a short narrow ribbed neck, freely painted with two bands of stylized flying ducks or geese over a creamy ground, the largest on the body of the jar, the smallest on the shoulder, each band within double lines. Large jar or vase by Kirk Mangus (American, 1952-2013) free form with slip and incised decoration in the form of two fishes (one large, one small, the large fish going after the small of course). Signed "Mangus" and inscribed "xox" bottom. Probably from the late eighties but could be earlier. Roughly 9" high and 8" across. Kirk Mangus is an internationally recognized American artist and ceramicist.
