| Original acrylic painting on board by Ernest O. (Oliver) Brown (American, Maine and Vermont, born 1944). This painting is in excellent original condition and still in its original frame. 10" by 14" painting alone, 15" by 19" in its frame. Signed, titled ("Delacroix Revisited"), and dated (1971) on the verso. Also bears the remnants of two paper labels, one biographical, the second seemingly an exhibition or gallery label. Ernest O. Brown is an American painter, illustrator, and set designer who still maintains a studio in Vermont. | |
