| Beautiful crackle-glaze Egyptian Blue bowl by Pol Chambost (French, 1906-1983), in beautiful condition. This bowl measures 16 1/2 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height. It is signed "Pol Chambost" (incised underglaze signature) on the bottom. Pol Chambost is one of the most important French ceramicists of the mid-century period. He was active in Paris between 1930 and 1980. He is also known as a sculptor and a designer. | |
