Original oil painting on board by Nathan Margolis (American, 1908-1964). This painting in in good condition. It is signed and dated (52) l.r. Overall measurements including the (probably original) frame: 24" by 28". Nathan Margolis is a well listed painter and lithographer from Philadelphia. He exhibited in a number of venues including the Art Institute of Chicago in 1936, and PAFA (in 1936, 1937, and 1958). Listed in the usual reference works, including Who Was Who in American Art, Artprice.com, etc.
