| Original two-sided watercolor by Jack Schnitzius (American, born 1931). This work measures 15" by 22" . It is offered in good condition, and currently unframed. On both sides a depiction of the California coastline. Side one (pictured)is signed with monogram l.r. and dated 5-61. Side two is also signed with monogram and dated 11-60. Jack Schnitzius was born in Chicago, and studied at the AIC and at the San Francisco Art Institute. He lived and was active as a painter, architect, and city planner in Oakland and San Francisco. One of a number of works by this artist currently in our inventory. | |
