| Original oil painting on canvas by Arnaldo Miccoli (Italian born American painter, born 1938), offered in excellent original condition. This painting measures 21 1/2" by 17 1/2" in its original gallery frame. It is signed l.r. and also signed, dated (1985), titled ("Nikol") and dedicated to "Annie" on the back. Arnaldo Niccoli is a well listed, exhibited, and collected artist in the Surrealist tradition. This painting is illustrated in the book on the artist by Riccardo Barletta and Alberico Sala published in 1988 (page 98, figure 121), which will be included with the painting. | |
