Liberty Tudric Arts & Crafts pewter golf tankard mug
sold

Liberty & Co. Arts and Crafts pewter ‘19th hole’ golfing tankard, design attributed to Archibald Knox circa 1910. The tankard with original inset glass bottom. The side of the tankard has a medallion of a golfer and the base is etched ‘19th. HOLE’. The good sized tankard measures approximately 12 cm and has a capacity of one pint. The condition is excellent with no damage, dents or repairs and does not leak! The pewter retains its original nice patina. Due the the glass base there are no makers marks but this is a well known Liberty & Co. Design, shape number 066, which is often attributed to the Liberty designer Archibald Knox. I have had a fair few of these tankards over the years and this is probably the best. I am happy to ship worldwide. Please email if you have any questions. (2.5 cm = 1 inch)
