English hand painted paper mache snuff box, "Hunter with Rifle Kissing a Milk Maid." Usual wear and old rim crack near top. 3 1/4 inches in diameter. No mark. Caption reads: Hubbababo, Mister shooter! Is it kissing you be after, you must wear a yoke as well as myself first, Darling."

French black transfer ware plate. Caption in French translates as: "I am of the Fontenay-aux-Roses (the soldiers unit). If ever France has need of my arms I say I am of the Fontenay-aux-Rose." The soldier is obviously drunk as the other illustrations around the rim of the plate show. Circa 1900. Mark of Sarreguemines pottery on verso. 8 inches in diameter.

Very rare cobalt blue English Quadruped series plate by Ralph Hall, Tunstall, Staffordshire. Circa 1830-40. Lion, Deer, Zebras, etc. Fine condition. No marks. 10 inches diameter.

Polynesian wooden carved figure of woman wearing American style dress, hair in braid, barefoot(?),large earrings and right arm missing. Probably of an old seafaring family. 13 1/2 inches tall.

Pair of hand painted English plates made by Booth Co., England (1890-1920) for Tiffany and Co., New York. Mark on verso that reads, "Booth's Silicon China, England. Elite Border. Specially manufactured for Tiffany and Co., N.Y." Also decorators marks on verso. Plates are 9 inches.

Small Japanese ivory carving, "Mother with Clams in Basket and 2 Children". 2 1/4 inches high. Note details of trowel for digging clams, and baby seal on the ground. The child on the left is missing a hand but otherwise there is no damage. This is a wonderfully detailed piece.Circa 19th century.
