|18th century French ammo case to be worn on belt. Probably for shotgun shells. Leather is worn and stitching is worn apart at edges of top. Leather hinges broken and one loop for belt is missing. Impressed with government mark "Patented" and initials that mean "without guarantee of the government. There is a hunting horn mark on the upper park of the lock hinge on front.|
