Of bell shape,finely decorated with one large and four small reserves painted in beautiful famille rose enamels with floral designs in soft muted colors with a single iron-red dragonfly among the reserves,all between a honeycomb diaper around the rim and above a swirling sea at the footed base.The elegant handle is superbly decorated
in under glaze blue in the form of a long stemmed flower.Bell shaped mugs are rare forms that were basically made during the 1740's and did not survive past 1750.
