| This beautiful Chinese enameled porcelain bowl, surrounded by alternating designs of vibrant lotus sprays each seperated by the 'shou'character meaning long life&set between two beautiful underglaze blue borders. The bottom of the bowl shows a colorful medallion of two lotus flower sprays, the 'shou'character, meaning long life and the auspicious symbols of a double gold coin, meaning prosperity and continued wealth. The base bears the seal of Qianlong which I feel is spurious and should be 19thC. Condition:Excellent. Circa:Qing Dynasty 1825-1850. Size: Dia.4 3/4"x 1 1/8"high. This small, shallow enameled porcelain bowl is beautifully done in every respect and deserves your serious consideration. | ||||||
