Rare and beautiful belt buckle by silver master, William Spratling. It combines sterling silver with shell. Measurements are 1 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" wide. The opening fits a 7/8" belt. It is equally suitable for a man or woman. Spratling worked with Conquistador from 1949 - 1952. The hallmarks are those of Conquistador and Spratling's eagle number 13.

Seven link bracelet combining layers of sterling silver; copper and brass. This design was begun by Los Castillo who termed the technique "metales casados" translating to married metals. Others followed in their footsteps. This bracelet is signed Metales then a conjoined JF Icuerda and Taxco. It is 3/8" tall and approximately 7 1/2" long (safety chain makes it difficult to be precise). Substantial weight and excellent condition.

Fabulously bold and stylish oxidized silver geometric rings. They were clearly made by the same hand but only one has an (illegible) maker's mark. The other two are marked only 925 for sterling silver. They appear to be in unworn condition. The circle measures 1 1/4" in diameter; the square is 1 1/16". Well made with substantial weight. Ring on left is size 6; middle and right are 6 1/2.

Rarely seen, highly wearable bracelet by silver master, William Spratling. It is made of of four segments of sterling silver and ebony wood. The inside diameter is 2 1/2" so it fits a medium/ large wrist. It is 3/4" tall. Closes with pin clasp. Hallmark dates to the 1940's; excellent condition.

This bulbous, elegant pitcher by William Spratling is known as his Ranch design. It combines a sterling silver body with an ebony handle. The outside is smooth with hand hammer marks wonderfully evident on the inside. Measurements are 6 1/2" tall and 9" across including the handle. Hallmark dates to the 1940's; excellent condition.

Usually, Aguilar made this bracelet with links about half the size of this imposing piece. In this unusual example, the concave links are 13/16" tall and the three balls are 1 1/4" tall. It is made of 940 silver and has a hallmark dating from 1940 - 1948. Closure is with a pin clasp. There are a few dings to the balls but the large links are in excellent condition.

Sterling silver brooch by Mexican designer Matilde Poulat who worked under the name of Matl. It incorporates coral, turquoise and birds, as she often did. Above the birds is a heart so likely they were meant as lovebirds. Excellent condition; measures 1 7/8" wide and 3" tall. Made circa 1950.

This necklace of half oval links with dimpled balls is one of Hector Aguilar's most popular. The links are 3/4" wide; the necklace is 16" long. Hallmarks date it to between 1940 and 1948. Made of 940 silver, more pure than sterling; excellent condition.
