Long 18 karat gold chain necklace with alternating smooth and textured links. The chain measures 41" long. It has a clasp so it can easily be worn either singly or doubled. The natural chunks of turquoise are richly colored. Made circa 1960; excellent condition.

Large Mexican silver brooch with a central amethyst stone. The pin measures 2 1/2" wide x 2 3/8" tall. The silver work nicely follows the shape of the amethyst. Excellent condition; made circa 1940's.

Graduated silver beads alternate with amber in this lovely necklace. The silver beads are handmade as is the fine box clasp. There are a few tiny dings on the silver beads but basically, it is in very good condition. The necklace measures 20" long. The amber beads are 9/16" in diameter; the silver are graduated in size. Probably made in the 1940's or 50's.

Unusual silver and amethyst bracelet by famed Mexican designer, Hector Aguilar. The eight oval cabochon stones measure 7/8" tall and 5/8" wide. Between each stone is a bar with a curved, incised decoration and a ball on either side. Upon close examination, one can see several very minor dings on the balls. Pin closure; approximately 7 1/4" long, fitting a small/ medium wrist. Hallmark dates from 1940- 1948. Made of 940 silver, higher quality than the sterling standard.

Retro 14 karat gold earrings by Tiffany. Ribbed half circles are intertwined to create a nice three dimensional effect. Measurements are 1" tall and 11/16" wide. Backs are clips; excellent condition.

Beautiful and unusual serving pieces by silver master, William Spratling. The elongated boat may have been intended for nuts. It is very similar to Spratling's butter dish but is deeper and without the silver lining. Measurements are 9 1/2" long and 2 1/2" at the widest. The double bowl may have been for salt and pepper or other herbs. It is 4 1/2" long and 2 1/4" wide. Spreader is 6 7/8" long. All are in excellent condition with 1942 - 1946 hallmarks.

Rectangular silver links are combined with copper balls in this wonderful bracelet by silver master, William Spratling. Hallmark dates it to the 1940's. Measures 1/2" wide and approximately 7 1/2" long. The safety chain makes it difficult to measure precisely but it fits an average size wrist.

SOLD 

Rare and beautiful belt buckle by silver master, William Spratling. It combines sterling silver with shell. Measurements are 1 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" wide. The opening fits a 7/8" belt. It is equally suitable for a man or woman. Spratling worked with Conquistador from 1949 - 1952. The hallmarks are those of Conquistador and Spratling's eagle number 13.

Seven link bracelet combining layers of sterling silver; copper and brass. This design was begun by Los Castillo who termed the technique "metales casados" translating to married metals. Others followed in their footsteps. This bracelet is signed Metales then a conjoined JF Icuerda and Taxco. It is 3/8" tall and approximately 7 1/2" long (safety chain makes it difficult to be precise). Substantial weight and excellent condition.
