Variation of a Rose of Sharon quilt with exceptional quilting. Hearts quilted in inner borders. Circles between the roses give this otherwise traditional pattern a whimsical quality. Soft, creamy colors; pristine condition. Backing is the same peach as on the front; totally reversible to a whole cloth quilt on which the quilting is even more prominent. Measures 78" square; circa 1930.
Perky King's Star Crib Quilt with quintessential 1930's fabrics, many of which are feedsacks. Unusual construction in that it is quilted and seems to have batting but has an additional white cotton backing that appears to be original. Professionally laundered; pristine condition. Measures 31 1/2" x 32 1/2".

Pristine, unwashed Amish London Roads quilt; probably from Ohio. Multi colors set on a deep blue background. Quilted in inner light blue border are the initials ALM. Also quilted was the the date Feb. 24, 1922; someone pulled out the stitches but the date is still visible. Very well quilted; all cotton. Measures 70" x 72".
Unusual small square hooked rug with a circle for the pattern. Filled with striations of many colors; excellent condition. Mounted on a stretcher measuring 12 1/2" x 13 1/2". Made of wools; circa 1930. Pennsylvania origin.
Original Tulips pattern quilt combined with a dramatic Streak of Lightning. The floral theme is continued with the print used for the center of nearly every tulip. Excellent condition; well quilted. Measures 82" x 96"; Pennsylvania origin. Circa 1930.
This Amish Zig Zag quilt seems to be a unique interpretation. Both the construction and effect it creates are original. Strips of fabric were laid down on in a zig zag pattern. Straight lines were machine quilted, holding down the narrow strips of printed fabrics. The continuous turnings of the strips creates an effect somewhat like ric rac, but in fact it is not.

Unusual hooked rug with Four Patch blocks inside hexagons. Colors are out of the ordinary and perfectly well balanced with a double row of blue/ purples in the center and pinks framing them. Excellent condition; measures 28 1/2" x 46 1/2". Circa 1930.
Triangular rug that is unusual in both shape and construction. Interior is hooked while the outer half is braided. Excellent condition; vibrant colors. Made of wool. Measures 27" x 37". Pennsylvania origin; circa 1930.
