| Early and compex quilt pattern of Hexagons within Hexagons. Forms a secondary pattern of Six Point Stars around the basic hexagonal block. Beautiful fabrics; heart quilted within each small triangle. Chevrons quilted in large light triangles and cables in the red banding. Difficult to see because of the heavily patterned fabrics but well done. Excellent condition. Measures 85" x 94"; Pennsylvania origin. Circa 1860. | ||||||||||||
