Nicely carved, gilt and painted wood panel depicting Opera scenes, with areas of mother of pearl flaked highlights. Panel measures 5.75 inches tall by 16.875 inches wide, and is about .5 inch thick. There is a sawtooth hanger mounted center back top.
Condition: Good overall for age and material. There is an export seal on face at upper right corner. No apparent cracks, splits, or other losses. Please study the photographs.

Condition: Good overall for age and material. There is a crack on back at left edge extending about .75 inch (see enlargement 6); and a split also on the left back (right side on face, as it is a split and goes through to the front)(see enlargements 3 & 5). Probably there are typical re-attachments, but we find no losses...
