An extremely popular work picturing a large variety
of flowers, fruits and shrubs, with original
handcoloring by Mrs. Elizabeth Blackwell. Published
in 1737-1739 as a way for Elizabeth to bail her
husband out of debtor's prison. Plates measure
14.5" x 9/5". These are hand colored engravings.

Condition: Good; some spots and impurities in paper

outside plate mark upper right corner; indents in
