| Lovely carved agate lotus flower form bowl. Within the stone is a tantalizing banding pattern, which is enhanced when displayed with light shining through it. Measurements: 1.75 inches tall by approximately 5.00 inches in diameter (4.45cm by 12.70cm). Excellent Condition. Stone has a flaw near center of bowl. The ingenious carver arranged that this flaw be directly above the foot, so when held up to the light it is not noticeable — as the extra thickness in the foot area makes it less translucent, thus hiding the flaw (see Enlargement #2). | ||
