Pendulous Cymbidium (cymbidium dependens) #936 from the work "The Botanical Cabinet Consisting Of Coloured Delineations Of Plants From All Countries..." by Conrad Loddiges & Sons. London 1817-1833, with fine hand-colored engravings by George Cooke. The plates measure 7.88" x 6.25", although they are from the fully coloured 4to edition. This plate is from vol. 10, published in 1824 and includes text page and photocopy of correct title page.
Condition: Light offsetting from text page in the center and binding holes along right edge. Period: Pre 1837 |
