Offered for sale is a 19th century, moderate-sized, apothecary pharmacy bottle sporting a AROM. SPT. AMMONIA label! The 10 inch tall bottle has hazy appearance to the interior and is marked “W.T.& Co.” on the base. This label under glass (LUG) spirit bottle is in fine condition with only 1 small ding on the upper (L) side of the mouth. The mushroom stopper sports ground glass construction and is in very nice condition except for a few small flecks on the inside the stopper base. The glass label is complete though ancient crackling to the painted portion is seen in the photos. A crack to the label is evident starting at the second (M) in ammonia and ends at the right edge. Overall condition is very good, and the bottle displays well. |
