Offered for sale is a very interesting pharmacy or drug store PATENT MEDICINE bottle and box labeled “SALVITAE ”. Dating to the 1930s, this palatable laxative and antacid claims to be useful for “temporary relief in gastric hyperacidity”. The box is wrapped with a colorful label and is flanked by 2 handsome circular labels on each end. The box measures almost 5.5” tall, and is in very good condition. The unused bottle is fine with a complete label and has full contents. Neat stuff! |
