Offered for sale is an unusual pharmacy or drug store PATENT MEDICINE bottle and box labeled “SANMETTO”. Dating to the 1930s, this disease specific “soothing preparation” claims to “relieve irritation that results in a desire for frequent urination when caused by excess acidity of the urine”. The box sports a colorful label on the front and back and measures almost 7” tall. The unused bottle is fine with a complete label and has full contents. Manufactured by the Natcon Chemical Co. Inc., Bethpage, New York. Neat stuff! |
