Offered is an interesting and visually-striking, 19th century ointment jar sporting an appealing paper label marked "Oleum Junip. Virg.". The milk glass jar measures approximately 5" tall x 4" wide and is embossed on the base, "Whitall, Tatum Co. Phila. & N.Y.". The condition is very good with only one small unobtrusive chip to the lid and some residual contents (see photos). A great looker! |
